We just love weddings in vineyards, and when both the ceremony and reception are in the same place, it gives you so much more time to enjoy the day. Bianca & Dave chose none other than one of our favourite wineries to tie-the-knot, Balgownie Estate in Yarra Valley.
The day started off with the boys enjoying some brew-skies up in the grass, while the girls were powdering up in their matching robes. Heading into their rooms, the boys suited up and drank up a bit more, whilst the girls popped open the champagne to settle the nerves.
The boys looked smart and the girls looked so elegant in their dresses, only ot be out done by Dave looking sharp and Bianca stealing the show. It was starting to rain a little, which meant the outdoor ceremony became a kind of outdoor-but-indoor ceremony. Thank goodness Balgownie always has a backup plan. The rain may have dampened a few dresses, but nothing could dampen the super spirits of the awesome couple and their super fun bridal party.
A super-sized chess game and a frolic in the fields later, it was time to get the music going for the reception. These guys were so cool, we even managed to sneak them outside for some cool night shots! Congrats to the new “Byrnzy”s, and we’ll catch up with you soon!
